Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at NovaGrid. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
